Over the past year, Aquatrols has devoted marketing resources to the development of a strong Social Media presence in the belief that doing so will help to attract new customers, solidify brand loyalty, and further set the company apart from its competitors. Aquatrols has used Social Media to simplify and quickly distribute information on the complex science behind many of its products. Employees from every department have pitched in to create a healthy mix of Blog posts, podcasts, webinars, e-Books, and videos in an attempt to reach target audiences through their preferred medium.
Through the use of Social Media, Aquatrols employees have effectively positioned themselves as experts in the field of turfgrass science while enhancing strategic relationships with industry partners. Perhaps most importantly, the company has spent more than a year communicating with customers in ways that its competitors —who are not using Social Media — simply cannot.
