81 Challenges and Opportunities In Sustainable Agriculture: Global Case Studies of Potato Production

Oral Session
ASA Section: Global Agronomy Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is grown in over 100 countries throughout the world. Potato is increasingly regarded as a vital food-security crop. With such importance, the session is organized to address the issues of sustainable potato production. This session calls papers covering different issues relevant to sustainable potato production in both developed and developing countries. This session will promote sustainable and environmentally responsible potato production systems to meet the challenges for long-term and country-driven food security and poverty alleviation.
