Abstract:
The Mission of the Agriculture Research Station Management Division A-7 is to: maintain innovative and productive agricultural research systems, promote safety in station operations, take advantage of knowledge gained by peer institutions, develop bridges of understanding and cooperation with faculty, support programs of education for clientele and position research stations to lead further advances in technology.

This year we are highlighting the Agriculture Experiment Stations in Oregon. Oregon State University is a Land Grant, Sun Grant, Space Grant and Sea Grant University.  Station directors at OSU coordinate the efforts of campus-based scientists and those at branch stations and research centers across the state. Station faculty work with the agriculture/food industry and those who rely on it at the local and state levels, to ensure they are addressing the most pressing and important needs today and far into the future.  The adjoining map shows a picture and a brief sentence of the type of work occurring for each branch station in its representative area.
