This symposium seeks to present agronomic, physiological, genetic and biochemical processes that influence nutritional quality of crops. A broad range of topics will be considered including nutrient uptake and bioavailability. A wide variety of crops will be discussed as well. Our goal is to bring together scientists working on different species and on different aspects of crop nutritional quality together to facilitate discussion and idea sharing.
