The Importance of Natural Soil and Plant Processes in Urban Ecosystems.

This presentation will present and discuss highlights from the long term watershed, soil and plant data collected in Baltimore. The presentation will show that water, carbon and nitrogen fluxes through natural soil and plant processes are large and important, even in very heavily human-dominated ecosystems.
