185 Symposium--Green Revolution 2 through Application of Second Generation Sequencing to Plant Breeding and Improving Quantitative Traits

Oral Session
C01 Crop Breeding & Genetics

This will include research currently being done with SNPs in rice, maize, soybeans, and legumes including association mapping, ways SNPs are being used in wheat and a few presentations related to moving beyond QTLs and looking at quantitative traits. The goal is to present the "cutting edge" of utilizing DNA markers.
