604 Wetland Soil Carbon Pools and Fluxes (includes Graduate Student Competition)

Oral Session
S10 Wetland Soils
Soil carbon pools and fluxes influence wetland ecosystem function through their effects on soil properties. They also influence climate as sources and sinks of greenhouse gases. This session brings together studies on carbon pools and fluxes from a variety of wetland ecosystems including boreal wetlands, coastal wetlands and managed wetlands.
