Agronomic experiments are often conducted over several environments.  Environments defined as a combination of two or more locations and years.  The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the appropriate formulae for variance estimations, analysis, and inferences based on fixed and random effects on example linear models.  Code for SAS will be shared with the audience.
