This is the first year of the Univ of Wisconsin-Platteville Agronomy Club pumpkin patch.  The goal for this first year was to learn more about pumpkin production to improve the project for ensuing years and to get the members of the UWP Agronomy Club more involved with Pioneer farm.  In future years we plan on expanding the pumpkin patch and adding new crops that we can sell at the Platteville farmers market.  The goals for the pumpkin patch in the next few years is to increase the area, further diversify the crops, and to use the pumpkin patch as a community outreach tool.
