Graduate Student Competitions Available (PDF)
- Non-refundable fee of $35 per abstract submission.
- Non-refundable fee of $15 per submission for graduate and undergraduate students.
- Use the Printable Receipt Option in Step #3. Print this receipt and retain for your records. Receipts will not be available through the Annual Meetings Headquarters Office.
You will be notified of your presentation date and time in July.
Registration for the Annual Meetings will be available in late June. Please note that the abstract fee mentioned above is not associated with the registration fee for the annual meetings. Each presenter is required to register for the annual meetings.

Submitting an Abstract
Word count: You are allowed a total of 300 words for your abstract. If you insert graphics into your abstract, the word count will be reduced accordingly.
To submit a paper for the 2007 Annual Meeting, please select a first choice Division of Interest, then click on the Division name to start a new submission. Then follow the step by step submission process.
